2. Cancellation policy

right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to Art. 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312 g Para 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return or hand over the received services and uses (e.g. advantages of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed an amount of 40 € or if you have not yet received the consideration or the have rendered the contractually agreed partial service. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt. End of revocation

The exclusive contractual language is German.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contractual relationship is based on the general terms and conditions of the Besser-Siegmund-Institut GmbH, which you can view here. If you then click on the "shopping cart" button or click on the "checkout" button, you can enter your order data such as name, address and means of payment. Only when you have confirmed all entries and have confirmed the order by clicking the "order" button do you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will confirm receipt of the customer's order in text form (e.g. by email or fax). This confirmation also represents the binding acceptance of the order. If the customer orders goods in the form of a download, this order is accepted by providing the download link. The customer will also receive an additional order confirmation in this case.

5. Correction of input errors

Before submitting his offer, the customer has the opportunity to check any input errors on the website of his offer and to correct them using a change function.

6. Storage and accessibility of the contract text

The customer can save the text of the contract and thus the complete contract data when submitting his offer by clicking on the "File" menu item in his browser and then on the "Save as" function. The text of the contract can be printed out by the customer clicking on the "File" menu item in his browser and then on the "Print" function. The text of the contract is saved by us and can be viewed by the customer at any time on request or sent to him by email free of charge.

7. Essential characteristics of the goods

The essential characteristics of the goods and the period of validity of limited offers can be viewed on the respective offer page. The same applies to the details regarding the total price of the goods including all associated price components and all taxes paid by us, the shipping costs and the delivery or fulfillment as well as the accepted payment options. The due date of the purchase price is based on the regulations in our General Terms and Conditions.

10. Privacy

The personal data voluntarily provided by the customer as part of his offer (e.g. title, name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card number) are collected, stored and processed exclusively in compliance with the statutory data protection requirements used. Personal data of the customer are only collected if and to the extent that the customer voluntarily provides us with such data when using our offer pages. This data is only processed and passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship between us and the customer. The data will therefore be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery and, if necessary, to the bank commissioned to process the payment. The data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this. The customer has the right to free information about his stored personal data at any time and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking and deletion of this data.
